  1. First Impressions with Gina:
    • We kick things off by getting to know candidates through their resumes and industry reputations. Our VP of Business Development, Gina Harris, a seasoned industry veteran who embodies our values of integrity and relationship-building, dives deep into each candidate’s background to make sure they’re a good fit in terms of work ethic and skillset to accomplish the job at hand. We learn their reputation within the industry before we schedule the first interview. Do they have Grit?
    • Sounds like it? The first interview is scheduled. Having done her homework on the candidate, Gina already has a sense of their background, so this conversation is all about making sure they’ve got the right skillset and mindset for the job of pool and spa manufacturer representative.
  2. Values Alignment with Laci
    • Once candidates pass the initial interview, they meet with myself, Laci Davis, Grit Game Co-Founder. We dive into discussions about integrity, innovation, and relationship-building. Candidates share examples of how they’ve demonstrated these values in their past roles, giving us insight into their character and how they approach challenges. This is where details are hashed out and offer letters are prepared.
