Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order on apparel. RevDup Apparel allows customers to get started without mandatory minimums on apparel. Hats require a minimum order of 3 pieces.
Do they offer tall sizes?
Yes. Let RevDup Apparel know if tall sizes are needed so they can be built into the page during size selection.
Do they offer kid sizes?
Yes. RevDup Apparel offers kid sizes as well. Let RevDup Apparel know if kid sizes are needed so they can be included in the sizing options.
Can changes be made after the final mockup has been approved?
Yes. Additional art fees will apply.
How many revisions are included with the base design fee?
RevDup Apparel includes up to four revisions at no additional cost. After the fourth revision, a fee of $25 applies for each additional set of three revisions.
Can apparel be personalized with names?
Yes. An additional fee will apply.
How long does it take to receive apparel?
Once an order has been placed online, the typical turnaround time is 21 days.
What format should logos be submitted in?
RevDup Apparel requires a vectorized file. Accepted formats include PSD, EPS, and AI. JPEG files cannot be accepted.
What other items do you offer?
RevDup Apparel also offers hats, beach towels, and rally towels, along with embroidery and digitization services.
Do you offer samples for sizing before ordering?
Yes. A sample size can be sent, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Can orders be returned?
No. All orders are custom products and cannot be returned or refunded.
Is there a discount for larger quantity purchases?
Yes. Price breaks apply on quantities over 3.
Can other logos be added to a design?
Yes. RevDup Apparel can add logos, QR codes, and flags to the overall design. Any additional logos must be provided in vectorized format if RevDup Apparel does not already have them on file.
How long does it take for a design to be created?
Once all design elements have been provided, the typical turnaround time for design creation is about one week.
