JointPoint® is a pioneering point-bonding system developed by Ezarri that helps ensure precise installation. Unlike paper or mesh systems, JointPoint® bonds the tiles only from the back using flexible points, leaving 92% of the surface free for direct contact with the adhesive. This helps maximize durability and reduces the risk of tiles detaching over time.

The JointPoint® system outperforms glued paper and fiber mesh for three main technical reasons:

  • Maximum grip: By leaving 92% of the mosaic free, the adhesive contacts nearly the entire piece for stronger fixation.
  • Faster installation: Installation time can be reduced by up to 25% compared with paper-backed systems because there is no need to wet or remove front paper.
  • Greater resistance: The system is unaffected by humidity and chemicals, avoiding the expansion or contraction issues common with other supports.

Ezarri uses 100% recycled glass as the raw material in its manufacturing process. This commitment to sustainability is supported by ISO 14021 Environmental Certification, which verifies that at least 96% of the final product is post-consumer recycled glass, with the remaining 4% made up of natural dyes and the JointPoint® system.

Ezarri mosaic is manufactured using 100% recycled glass as its base raw material. This sustainable composition, backed by ISO 14021 certification, ensures that at least 96% of the final product is recycled glass, with the remaining 4% consisting only of colorants and the JointPoint® system.

All Ezarri production takes place at the company’s factory in Lazkao, Gipuzkoa, Spain. From the central warehouse at that same location, Ezarri manages global logistics with support from strategic centers in Castellón, Spain; Sassuolo, Italy; and Miami, USA.

Yes. All Ezarri mosaics are manufactured exclusively at the Lazkao plant in Spain, reinforcing the company’s European quality standard. Ezarri currently exports 70% of its production to more than 100 countries across five continents.

When properly installed, Ezarri mosaic offers lifetime durability thanks to the technical properties of glass, including zero water absorption, chemical stability, and resistance to thermal shock. As an inert material, glass does not wear out or lose color from sun exposure or pool chemicals when installation is done correctly.

The appearance of pool water varies depending on the mosaic tone, water volume, and sunlight exposure. Depending on the Ezarri tile selected, the visual effect can vary as follows:

  • White mosaics: Create light sky blue or turquoise water for a bright, crystalline Caribbean-style effect.
  • Beige and pink mosaics: Create transparent green-toned water similar to light-sand beaches.
  • Gray mosaics: Add grayish tones with elegant blue or green shades for a modern aesthetic.
  • Black or dark green mosaics: Create the look of a natural mountain river or lake, with depth and a mirror-like effect.
  • Blue mosaics: Enhance the traditional blue pool color, with darker tones producing deeper, richer blue water.

the essential steps for proper installation are:

  1. Surface preparation: The surface should be smooth, clean, and dry.
  2. Adhesive selection: Use C2TE adhesive cement or higher.
  3. Troweling: Apply adhesive with a 3 mm notched trowel.
  4. Placement: Install the JointPoint® sheets by pressing them with a rubber trowel.
  5. Grouting: Apply epoxy grout, which is recommended, or cementitious grout, then clean the excess.

Because glass has zero porosity, it is essential to use adhesives with chemical adhesion. Ezarri recommends:

  • Adhesive: Minimum C2TE classification under UNE EN 12004 to ensure proper grip.
  • Grout: Preferably epoxy grout (RG) for watertight performance and minimal maintenance, or high-quality cementitious grout (CG2).
For specific brands, Ezarri recommends consulting the compatibility table in the installation manual

Yes. Installation is completely feasible when a specific elastic adhesive is used. Because polyester is a flexible material, it requires a reactive adhesive, generally epoxy or polyurethane, that can absorb movement without causing the mosaic to detach. Ezarri also provides a Polyester Manual with required sanding and preparation steps.

A standard cement joint typically lasts 5 to 6 years before the pool needs to be emptied and re-grouted, since pool chemicals gradually erode the material. For that reason, Ezarri recommends epoxy grout (RG) as a longer-lasting, antibacterial, and stain-resistant solution that better matches the durability of glass mosaic.

Tile detachment usually happens for one of three reasons: poor substrate preparation, incorrect adhesive selection, or netted systems that create a barrier between the glass and the adhesive. JointPoint® helps solve this by removing mesh and paper barriers, allowing 92% of each tile to make direct contact with the adhesive for a stronger bond.

Ezarri keeps permanent stock of 95% of its references, which allows most orders to be prepared within 24 to 48 hours. With support from its logistics network, Ezarri provides fast delivery for both domestic orders and urgent international projects.

Ezarri offers modular solutions for a wide range of designs, including:

  • Square formats: Classic 25 mm and 50 mm (XL)
