2026 IPSSA SARASOTA CHAPTER POOL SHOW
The IPSSA Sarasota Chapter invites vendors to participate in the 2026 Pool Show, bringing together industry professionals for an evening of networking, education, and community impact. Vendors may click “Get Tickets” to reserve booth space, secure sponsorships, and register their sales teams.
Vendor registration includes booth and table options, sponsorship opportunities, and combination packages. All exhibiting companies are asked to contribute raffle products or gift cards with a minimum $50 value per company represented at each booth.

EVENT SCHEDULE
- Vendor Set-Up: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Booths Fully Set & Staffed By: 3:30 PM
- Show Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Complimentary Educational Classes: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM (Sahara Room)
Vendors are encouraged to register their sales teams through “Get Tickets” (listed as the final ticket option) and provide each attendee’s direct email address to ensure receipt of important exhibitor updates in the weeks leading up to the show.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Sponsorships ranging from $100 to $500 are available, along with table and sponsorship bundle packages. Vendors are recognized in order of registration received, and companies registering after May 1 will be included in ongoing promotional emails as new exhibitors are announced.

SUPPORTING WATER SAFETY IN THE COMMUNITY
Proceeds from the event benefit local nonprofits, including the Swim Fund, which provides swim lessons at RL Taylor Complex and Lincoln Aquatic Center in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Following two successful years of raising $5,000 annually for the program, organizers are working toward reaching that goal once again.
By participating, vendors help support drowning prevention efforts and make a meaningful impact in the community.

- Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) — About 15–20 minutes from the venue and the easiest airport option.
- Tampa International Airport (TPA) — About 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes depending on traffic.
