- If you’re driving, Interstate 95 is the main highway leading to the area. Take Exit 29 for Brunswick, then follow U.S. Highway 17 and F.J. Torras Causeway to reach the island. Parking is available at most hotels and attractions, but the island is very walkable and bike friendly.
